How do I RSVP?

You can return the RSVP card in the mail or RSVP online by Friday, August 4th.

Can I bring a plus one?

We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation says "and Guest" then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Friday, August 4th. Please call or text 412-440-8993 if you were unable to RSVP by the deadline and would like to attend the wedding.

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes, we kindly ask all guests to RSVP by Friday, August 4th by mailing the RSVP card provided in your invitation or submitting your information online.

Where is the ceremony? What about the reception?

The ceremony and reception will be at 1885 Farms 5553 Richville Dr SW, Navarre, OH 44662.

Will the wedding be indoors our outdoors?

The ceremony will be under shade outdoors with an indoor reception.

What time are the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM with the reception to follow.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?

We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-30 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for seating and any last-minute adjustments.

Can I take photos?

During our unplugged ceremony, we ask that you leave the photo taking to our photographer, Kim. For everything else, snap away!

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Sure! Use #AdventuresInALoveStory so we can see them, too!

What kind of food will be served during the cocktail hour?

We're serving light snacks during cocktail hour.

Is it a cash or open bar?

It's an open bar, silly! Feel free to bring cash to tip the bartenders :)

How should I communicate my food allergies/dietary restrictions?

To ensure your needs are accommodated, please call or text 412-440-8993 to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

What time does the reception end? Is there an after party?

The reception ends at 11 PM with last call at 10:30 PM. As of now, there are no formal plans for an afterparty.

Is there a hotel block?

Yes, we have a hotel block for Friday, Sept 15th and Saturday Sept 16th. More information can be found on the Accommodations page.

I'm flying in. What's the closest airport?

Akron/Canton (CAK) is closest to the venue while Cleveland (CLE) may have more flight options.

How do I get to the venue?

Is transportation provided? Is there parking at the venue?

We are not providing any formal transportation however there is ample parking at the venue. Please stay safe and carpool or use Lyft/Uber if you plan to drink.

Where should I park? Do I have to pay for parking?

The venue is spacious with complimentary private parking.

What is the dress code? What should I wear?

Wear anything that makes you feel beautiful/handsome! If you're looking for more direction, feel free to break out your semi-formal or dressy casual attire for our big day.

Should we wear specific colors?

We invite you to incorporate our official color palette of light pink and gray into your wardrobe or accessories.

Are there other special attire notes we should know?

Please bring a jacket, wrap, pashmina, etc. as you may be cold in the evening.

What's the wedding vibe?

Picnic x Wedding x Reunion... but semi-formal!

Will there be a virtual wedding celebration for those that can't attend in person?

We'd like to keep our wedding intimate and have chosen not to stream the ceremony.

Will there be other events to attend that weekend?

Yes! We invite you to attend the Meet & Greet Friday at 8 PM and our Goodbye dinner Sunday at 6 PM.

What can I do while I'm in town for the wedding?

We recommend visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame but check out Visit Canton for a full list of fun things to do!

Can I request a specific song for the reception?

Absolutely! We'd live to include your favorite song(s) in our playlist! Please include your song request in your RSVP or text them to 412-440-8993 by Friday, September 1st.

What weather should I expect?

I'm no meteorologist but the Farmers Almanac says we should have great late-summer weather! Keep an eye on the weather (link) to make sure you pack accordingly.

How/when will wedding updates be posted?

Any major change(s) will be added to wedding website (Homepage & Events) and communicated via text/email.

Is there a registry?

Yes! You can find that information here.

What health and safety measures will be in place?

We are following the CDC's COVID recommendations and most of the events will be outdoors and well ventilated.

I smoke cigarettes, will that be a problem?

No, the venue has ample outdoor space and a designated smoking section.
